Javier Estrada has focused his practice at TACTIC Legal Guatemala (formely  A.D. Sosa & Soto) in the area of criminal law in all its forms. He is particularly versed in white-collar crime and economic criminal law, including representation in cases of corporate crime, criminal tax defense, money laundering, and compliance advice. Mr. Estrada has pursued his professional development in criminal law, attending international congresses and courses on criminal law in the international context. With this, Mr. Estrada is uniquely positioned to provide advice and services to the firm’s growing multinational corporate client.
