Denis Schertenleib is dual qualified to practice as a lawyer at the Paris Bar and as a Solicitor in England and Wales.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, he completed a BSc degree with First Class Honors in physics at Imperial College London and a PhD in molecular neurobiology at King’s College London.
He is an Associate of the Royal College of Science of London.
Denis specializes in patent litigation, arbitration, technology licensing, European competition law applied to intellectual property and regulatory law in the pharmaceutical field.
His practice involves multi-jurisdictional litigation both in the life sciences and in other areas of technology such as chemistry, mechanics, telecommunications and physics.
Denis has previously worked in an international law firm in the City of London and has been for several years, a partner in a leading IP law firm in Paris.
