The banking, finance and capital markets team at Kinstellar leverages deep bench strength to advise major national and multinational financial institutions (including J.P. Morgan SE, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, BlackRock and Société Générale), bolstered by the transfer to Kinstellar (in April 2024) of the German firm Noerr’s offices in Bratislava, Budapest, Bucharest and Prague, as part of a non-exclusive arrangement. The group specialises in high-value transactions involving project and public finance, including work on PPP structures and energy acquisition finance matters. The firm is led by Martina Březinová, who brings expertise to financial market regulatory and restructuring and insolvency mandates. Other key figures include former Noerr banking, finance and capital markets co-heads Luděk Chvosta and Filip Murár; Václav Kment, who handles complex acquisition finance matters. Key support is provided by Jakub Šťastný.
