As litigation and arbitration counsel for corporations, private equity firms, hedge funds, and financial institutions, Lingqi handles significant commercial cases, including disputes involving buyout/minority investment, joint ventures, corporate control, contract and other complex commercial matters. In areas of restructuring and insolvency, Lingqi regularly acts as court-appointed administrator or counsel for shareholders, debtors, creditors and restructuring sponsors in large, complex cases of out-of-court restructuring, liquidation, reorganization and involuntary dissolution.
