CMS Carey & Allende‘s commercial litigation team in Santiago routinely acts in high-stakes cases before the Chilean Courts of Appeals and the Supreme Court. Its coverage encompasses both preventive stages of litigation and pre-trial negotiations; and the practice is particularly experienced in civil, administrative and commercial lawsuits, including environmental and sanctioning procedures, consumer protection class actions, and disputes involving shareholders and company boards. Industry specialisms for the five-member group range from mining, energy, retail and finance, to telecoms and infrastructure.
