The practice also assists with FNE-conducted market studies and litigation before Chile’s Competition Court (TDLC) and Supreme Court; while its track record further encompasses expertise in cartel cases, including salmon food industry and industrial gas sector mandates. The team additionally advises on matters where antitrust issues intersect with IP rights and the digital economy.
