The 10-member capital markets practice at Ried Fabres covers alternative asset deals, debt securities, bond issuances, securitisations, tender offers, derivatives agreements, and equity transactions. ‘One of the best teams in the country and recognised for its expertise’, the group also comprises specialists in setting up investment and mutual funds, and assisting foreign investment funds with their registration and approval by Chile’s regulators.
