The team guides clients through labour inspections, as well as all stages of labour litigation. Practice head Alejandro Pemintel is an experienced negotiator, advising clients on interactions with trade unions and providing representation in judicial litigation and constitutional proceedings. He leads the team alongside Rodrigo Montellano, who was promoted to director of the labour team in July 2023, and excels in the prevention and resolution of individual and collective labour disputes related to dismissals, collective bargaining and workplace harassment. Also promoted to director in 2023, Fernando Escobar has experience before the Supreme Court of Justice and the Constitutional Tribunal, focusing his practice on appeals and last instance remedies. Senior associate Meliza Aliaga demonstrates expertise in labour restructuring processes, on both a national and international level.
