The corporate and M&A team acts for an impressive list of foreign clients, regularly advising on cross-border M&A, investment and capital increases. The group also provides corporate advisory services to a growing number of multinational companies. Alonso Indacochea co-heads the team and, thanks to his successful track record in cross-border M&A, advises a diverse roster of international clients entering or exiting the Bolivian market and significant family groups in Bolivia. Practice co-head Mariana Pereira is an expert in the hydrocarbons industry, and also advises on corporate transactions in the agribusiness, automotive and pharmaceuticals sectors. Ana Carola Muñoz is active in key mandates, along with Leonardo Azurduy, who plays a lead role in due diligence processes. Senior associate Maria Laura Paz focuses her practice on compliance and the drafting of commercial and civil contracts. At the associate level, Sebastian Alba advises clients on shareholder meetings, Fabiana Vaca Pereira provides companies with civil and commercial advice, and Leonardo Reyes handles M&A and spin-offs. Maria Jose Martinez left the team in July 2023. Since publication, Pereira and Muñoz have left the firm to establish their own boutique – effective as of February 2025.
