Julieta has more than 20 years’ experience in banking, finance and capital markets, project finance, securitisation and debt restructuring. She advises local, international and multilateral banks as well as local and international companies in financing and capital markets transactions.

She has been recognised by Chambers and Partners, The Legal 500, International Financial Law Review (IFLR) and other legal publications as a leading specialist in banking and finance law.

Before joining TRSM, she was a partner at Bruchou, Fernández Madero & Lombardi (2002–2017), a foreign associate at White & Case LLP, New York office (2005–2006) and in-house counsel at a leading Argentine retail company.

She graduated as a lawyer (magna cum laude) from the University of Buenos Aires in 2000.
