Francisco Molina Portela - Banking and Capital Markets

Francisco has over 13 years of experience in capital market transactions, project finance, debt restructuring and financial regulation.

He has been recognized by The Legal500 as next generation partner in the Banking and Finance sector in Argentina.

From 2017 to 2018, he worked as a foreign associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in New York. In 2016, he earned his LL.M in Banking and Financial Law (with honors) from Queen Mary University of London. He graduated as a lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires in 2011 with a focus on Business Law.

Prior to joining the firm, he worked as an associate at other top-tier firms and in criminal justice.

Francisco is also a lecturer at the University of Buenos Aires and the Universidad de San Andrés.
