Although the polls closed in Pennsylvania at 8:00 p.m. last night, the 2020 General Election is far from over in the Commonwealth.

As of 4:00 p.m. 92.41% of precincts (in-person ballots) are reporting. 1,533,726 mail-in ballots have been counted (58.97%) and there are 1,066,963 mail-in ballots that still need counted.. Counties may continue to accept ballots that are postmarked by November 3, 2020 and received by mail through Friday, November 6, 2020.

The discussion below includes preliminary vote tallies and will likely change dramatically once the mail-in ballots are counted, which favor Democratic candidates. Official election results can be found on the Department of State website: https://www.electionreturns.pa.gov/
