Say you own a small business. You've hired a talented supervisor to manage 25 or 30 employees. Business looks great, profits increase, you're thinking about expanding. In fact, you're sitting at dinner, talking to your wife and kids about that very idea when you hear a series of five sharp raps on the front door. Your wife pushes back from the table and goes to the door. Two deputies are standing on your front porch.

One says, "Hello, Ma'am, are you the lady of the house?"
"That's right."
"Your husband home?"
"Yes."
"I need to speak to him please."
"Won't you come in?"
"No thank you, ma'am, if you could just have him step outside for a minute."
Your wife walks back into the kitchen and says, "It's the police; they want you outside."
