Today's entry reports on policy advances on nationally
significant transport projects.
There are two developments relating to nationally significant
transport projects today, although they will no doubt be completely
overshadowed by George Osborne's autumn statement. Today we
will find out what the 40 infrastructure projects are that will be
shepherded through authorisation and construction by the
government, although I hear that they are more likely to be a
slightly vaguer list of projects and 'programmes'.
