One such key hallmark has to be the number of significant deals in certain sectors, which were not just commercially sound, but also of key importance nationally. There was a strong pipeline of transactions in both the residential and student accommodation sectors, for both foreign and indigenous stakeholders, and the transactions were nationwide.
