INTRODUCTION
Disputes or conflicts are dynamic in nature and are usually
resolved inside a courtroom (litigation) or outside
(non-litigation) it.
Litigation refers to actions contested in a court that involves
a claim, a dispute, and the use of a specific institution (the
court) to resolve a dispute. It also requires the enforcement of
law to end conflicts. The litigation paradigm is entwined around
victory and defeat.
