Introduction

After the abolition of the Intellectual Property Appellate Board (IPAB) by the Tribunal Reform Act 2021, the High Court such as the Hon'ble Delhi and Madras High Court in order to deal with matters relating to Intellectual Property Rights have their own set of functioning IP Divisions and Rules in place. Following the suit set by the Hon'ble Delhi and Madras High Court, the Hon'ble High Court of Karnataka is all set to have its own rules for its IP Division.
