"Change is the law of life. And those who look only to the past or present are certain to miss the future," said John F. Kennedy. Those words may have been uttered by the 35^th US President but they are actually appropriate in the context of the Guernsey fiduciary industry. Not only is the profession of trust and estate planning rooted in making arrangements for future changes in circumstance but Guernsey's fiduciary sector has been continually at the forefront of developments in the industry.
