Pour la juridiction, il suffit de démontrer qu'une substance ou une composition est adaptée à au moins une utilisation thérapeutique particulière et non à une liste exhaustive pour répondre au critère de suffisance de description nécessaire à l'obtention d'une revendication de première application thérapeutique.
