深セン市市場監督管理局（知識産権局）はこのほど、「深セン市知的財産権担保融資商品リスト（2024年版）」を発表した。このリストには、市内の31の銀行業金融機関が提供する52種類の知的財産権担保融資商品が含まれている
これは、地方都市が発表する知的財産権担保融資リストとして全国で初めての事例である。リストは、市や区レベルで行われる企業支援活動や、銀行と企業のマッチングイベント、成果発表会などで積極的に宣伝される予定である。中小企業や零細企業は、このリストを利用して、自社に適した融資商品を自主的に選ぶことができるようになる。この取り組みにより、金融サービスのアクセシビリティと直感性が向上し、深セン市における知的財産金融の質的な発展が促進されることが期待される。
今年8月末時点で、深セン市の特許および商標による担保融資登録額は311.95億元に達し、前年同期比で215.55%の増加を記録した。登録件数は1026件で、前年比131.08%増加しており、933社の企業がこの制度から恩恵を受けている。知的財産権担保融資は、中小零細企業の資金調達の困難を軽減する有効な手段であるとされている。
