2024年8月1日、2024年度海外知的財産権紛争対応指導業務会議が湖南省・長沙市で開かれた。この会議には国家知識産権局の胡文輝副局長が出席し、演説を行った。
会議では、海外での知的財産権紛争に効果的に対処するための指導策を強化することが各地の知的財産権部門に対して求められた。新時代の国際的な環境下で、海外知的財産権紛争の対応指導における新たな要求を正確に理解し、それに応じて協力とサービスの効率を高める必要があると強調された。
また、国家知識産権局の関連部門による業務報告の後、6つの機関からは典型的な事例が発表された。この会議で新たに設立されたサブセンターの銘板授与も行われ、さらなる知的財産権の保護と活用に向けた活動成果が発表された。
これらの取り組みにより、国内外での知的財産権の保護と利用が一層強化されることが期待されている。
