2024年1月から11月までの全国における知的財産権使用料の輸出入総額は3564.1億元に達し、前年比で6.6%の増加を記録した。これにより、知的財産権の活用による経済的な効果がさらに顕著に現れていることが明らかとなった。
中国では、「専利（特許、実用新案、意匠）の転換活用の特別行動」が全面的に推進されており、全国の2700以上の大学や研究機関が134.9万件の保有専利に対して棚卸しと価値分析を実施し、転換可能な専利リソースのデータベースを構築した。その上で、45万社の企業とマッチングを行った。
2024年、中国における専利の譲渡・ライセンス登録件数は61.3万件に達し、前年比で29.9%の増加を記録した。このうち、大学や研究機関による譲渡・ライセンス登録件数は7.6万件で、前年比39.1%の増加となっている。
