最近、新型コルナウィルス流行期間の対応策として、北京知的財産権法院は「クラウド法廷」を開き、「非接触式」知的財産権訴訟審理を開発しました。
なお、北京法院の「クラウド法廷」は、PC、アプレット、及びモバイルのサポートバージョンがある（現在のところ、APPはAndroidのサポートバージョンのみある）。また、北京法院審判情報公式サイト（http://www.bjcourt.gov.cn）にアクセスし、「北京法院オンライン訴訟プラットフォーム」の「オンライン開廷」でクライアントをダウンロードすることができます。法廷審理中、挙証又は証拠に対する尋問の段階で、当事者は証拠をアップロードし、また証拠に対する説明を記載することができます。また、当事者は、法廷審理のメモを見られるし、サインすることもできます。
