中国国家知識産権局（CNIPA）が「地理的表示製品保護規定」改正案の意見募集稿と改正説明を公表した。11月2日まで一般向け意見募集が行われている。意見募集稿と改正説明は司法部公式サイト「中国政府法制信息網」、国家知識産権局の公式サイトとウェーチャット公式アカウントで閲覧することができる。
意見募集稿の改善に関する具体的な意見は以下の方法で提出することができる。
中国政府法制情報網（http://www.moj.gov.cn、http://www.chinalaw.gov.cn）にアクセスし、トップページの「立法意見征集」コラムでオンライン提出する。
