12月15日、中国知的財産権報社が主催し、雄安新区管理委員会が協力する中国知的財産権保護ハイレベルフォーラム・2023ラウンドテーブルが河北の雄安新区で開催された。国家知識産権局（CNIPA）の胡文輝副局長が出席し、演説した。
胡副局長は、国の知的財産権保護に関する新しい指示と要求を正確に理解し、経済、社会、文化の発展に伴って生じる新しい問題に対して科学的に対応する必要があると指摘し、各地域、各業界、各分野における知財保護の新たな状況や期待に応え、知的財産権強国建設を加速させるための共通認識を形成するよう呼びかけた。
雄安新区管理委員会、世界知的所有権機関（WIPO）中国事務所、中央宣伝部、最高人民法院、最高人民検察院、北京・天津・河北の知的財産権管理部門の責任者と業界関係者がラウンドテーブルに参加した。
