上海市知識産権局の指導の下、上海市知的財産権サービス協会は先日、国内の四つの知的財産権データベース企業との間で3年間の協力協定を締結し、新たなサービスプロジェクトを立ち上げた。このプロジェクトでは、中小・零細企業を対象に、毎年200社に高級アカウント使用権を無料で提供し、知的財産権データベースへのアクセスを強化する。
このプロジェクトは、中小・零細企業がイノベーションの中で主導権を握るために、専門的で便利かつ効率的な特許や商標の検索、知的財産情報の活用を支援する。特に、中小企業のニーズに焦点を当て、知的財産情報の利用意識と能力を高めるための支援を行う。5月末時点で、既に220社以上の中小・零細企業を含む様々なイノベーション主体がこの知的財産権公益データベースの利用申請を行っている。
