国家知識産権局（CNIPA）の発表によると、商標局と各商標審査協力センターは過去1年間、商標登録秩序の維持に取り組み、使用を目的としない悪意ある商標登録出願を計48万2千件拒絶したことがわかった。
商標局は昨年、1700件余りの登録商標に対して職権に基づいた無効宣告を行い、重大な悪影響を引き起こす可能性があるとして1111件のa href='/redirection.asp?article_id=1160696&company_id=25072&redirectaddress=http://jp.kangxin.com/' target='_blank'>商標出願を早期拒絶し、悪意ある商標「買いだめ登録」として421件の商標譲渡申請を拒絶した。
昨年通年、商標登録の実体審査を終えた件数は1057万件、商標異議審査を終えた件数は17万件、商標復審・評審案件の審理を終えた件数は38万3000件であった。商標局による商標出願平均審査期間は4か月を維持し、拒絶査定不服審判は5.5か月まで、複雑な評審案件の審理期間は9か月まで短縮された。また、電子出願による商標変更登録の審査期間は24日間、商標更新の審査期間は12日間、商標譲渡の審査期間は2か月まで短縮された。
