国家知的財産権局（CNIPA）は8月29日から31日にかけて、 知的財産権保護システムの整備に向けた能力向上のための研修会をオンラインで実施した。各省、自治区、直轄市の知的財産権管理部門、保護センターなどから約400名の担当官が参加した。
研修会で「14次五カ年計画期における国家知的財産権保護と運用計画」の説明、特許や商標の出願行為の厳格な規範化、知的財産権の迅速な協同保護、知的財産権保護支援、紛争調停、信用システム整備、知的財産権の譲渡などのテーマをめぐって講義が行われた。
CNIPA知的財産権保護司の責任者によると、CNIPAでは現在、迅速協同保護機構の設置や権利保護支援サービス体制の最適化、知的財産権紛争調停活動の推進など、6つの側面から知的財産権保護システムの整備を推し進めているという。
