1月1日、地域的な包括的経済連携（RCEP）協定が発効1周年を迎えた。中国国家知識産権局（CNIPA）の発表によると、ここ1年で、RCEP協定の知的財産の章に定められている同局と関連する義務85件がすべて履行された。同時に、各地方税関は知的財産権の保護を強化し、積極的に「原産地証明書」を発給し、多くの国内外企業にビジネスチャンスをもたらした。
RCEP協定が締結された後、中国政府はRCEP協定の全面的な実施に向けて義務リストを作成した。そのうち、CNIPAに関連するものとして、実施を約束する義務が60件、実施を奨励する義務が25件あり、合計85件だった。この85件について、CNIPAは全て履行したという。
税関の統計によると、昨年の1〜11月、江蘇省が発給した原産地証明書は13万5200件に上り、貨物の価格は453億元（1元は約19.0円）、減免された輸入国の関税が3億6400万元に上る。山東省が同期に発給した原産地証明書は13万7000件、貨物価格は380億5000万元、減免された輸入国の関税が3億元を超えた。
