On February 20, 2015 the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration invited 849 Express Entry candidates to apply for Permanent Residency in Canada.  This is the third such drawing since the launch of Express Entry in January, 2015. The lowest qualifying score was 808, indicating that thus far, all candidates invited to Canada have held qualifying job offers supported by a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA).

Express Entry is Canada's new immigration application management system. Candidates are awarded up to 600 points based on a number of factors meant to assess their ability to succeed in Canada, including age, language skills, education and work experience.  An additional 600 points are awarded for holding a job offer supported by an LMIA.
