Dear Clients and Colleagues:
One of the joys of the holiday season is the opportunity to say thank you. At this year's Winter Solstice, Dianne, Paula, Meredith, Elaine, Elena, Torgunn and the office dogs wish you every blessing: peace, joy, prosperity, community. And, of course, clean air, clean water, butterflies and birds.
We never take the privilege of working with (and sometimes against) our colleagues for granted. We are grateful for your confidence and continue to work hard to earn your trust. We hope we have done everything we can to ease this year's difficulties, and to find innovative solutions for the challenging problems that some of you entrust to us. If we can do better, please let us know. And especial thanks to those generous folks who have given us such glowing testimonials on LinkedIn.
We have (again) made donations in honour of our clients. Our major support continues to go to the exciting project, Evergreen at the Brickworks. It is becoming everything we hoped for it, and a model for green cities: http://ebw.evergreen.ca. We planted dozens of trees. And in the hope of building peace and a smaller carbon footprint, we purchased carbon offsets for key clients through an innovative Israeli program to help Bedouin switch from diesel to solar power: www.goodenergy.org.il.
