Amendments to the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada's (IIROC) Universal Market Integrity Rules have been approved by the applicable securities regulatory authorities. The amendments, which relate to unprotected transparent marketplaces and the order protection rule, were originally published for comment on June 12, 2015.
