Corporations Canada has announced that it is making minor changes to the regulations to each of the Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act, the Canada Business Corporations Act and the Canada Cooperatives Act. They stated that " These housekeeping amendments are meant to address obsolete provisions and cross-referencing errors. They will also correct references to the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants to reflect their new name – Chartered Professional Accountants Canada. The amendments have been published in the Canada Gazette."
