This has enabled Jon to have acquired almost 40 years of experience in matrimonial financial remedy proceedings, financial, property and cohabitee disputes, and family and children matters. All of which has enabled him to develop an excellent client outcome-focused practice, with an eye for relevant detail and the effect and relevance of broader issues when dealing with financial, property and family matters. This brings strength when considering negotiation and dispute resolution outcomes. High value cases, pre-nuptial and post separation agreements, non-disclosure issues, property portfolio and foreign property matters, farming and company related cases are particular strengths.
