Career

Angharad is a traditional Chancery barrister, who specialises in contentious probate, 1975 Act claims, administration of estates, trust disputes, non-contentious private client work and Court of Protection (property and affairs). She has been appointed a Deputy District Judge on the Western Circuit.

Her practice deals with a wide range of Chancery matters from real property, constructive trusts and proprietary estoppel, professional negligence, landlord and tenant to insolvency (corporate and personal) as well as dealing with contractual claims.

Chambers UK 2022 report Angharad has a wide-ranging Chancery practice and particular expertise in disputes over the construction and interpretation of Wills.  She also handles Court of Protection, Insolvency and Land Law cases, and represents Clients in professional negligence and contractual matters.
