Henry accepts instructions in private family children and finance.

Henry’s Children Act work includes private law and Non-Molestation / Occupation Order Injunctions - to Final Hearing including fact-finding hearings involving serious allegations of domestic violence.

Henry is regularly instructed in financial remedy proceedings including First Directions Appointment (FDA) and Financial Dispute Resolution (FDR) hearings.

Recent instructions have included an application to vary a freezing injunction, successfully opposing a permission to appeal involving final orders for the distribution of more than 7 properties and a hearing concerning the enforceability of a pre-nuptial agreement.

Henry is originally from Devon. In his spare time, he enjoys playing football and is a drummer for a local band.
