Madeline advises and represents employees, trade unions and public and private sector employers in all areas of employment law.
Her work includes disputes in the Employment Tribunal (and on appeal), collective work, commercial employment work (and other employment and discrimination work in the High Court and County Courts) and public law challenges in the employment and discrimination context. Madeline is a vice-chair of the Industrial Law Society.
Madeline also practices in the areas of personal injury, general public law and professional discipline.
