Sophie has experience defending in cases involving all types of allegations including fraud, sexual offences, serious violence, drugs and public order offences.

She has a particular interest in cases involving sexual offences across the spectrum. A recent case in which she was led involved historic sexual offences where the defendant had an intermediary.

Sophie also appears in the Youth Court for cases involving serious offences. In addition, she has experience in the civil jurisdiction of the criminal courts.

Sophie acts in a range of matters as a led junior and junior alone.
