Hannah is a family practitioner, who largely specialises in Matrimonial Finance. She is regularly instructed in Matrimonial Finance proceedings and also has experience in applications made under Schedule 1 Children Act 1989, often featuring cross-applications under TOLATA 1996. Hannah brings comprehensive expertise to navigating the complexities of such financial matters arising from divorce or separation.

Hannah has experience of making and defending various types of applications made within Matrimonial Finance proceedings, to include: applications for freezing orders, maintenance pending suit, legal services payment orders and ‘Daniels and Walker’ applications. Hannah has also been instructed in variation and enforcement applications following the conclusion of matrimonial finance proceedings.

Hannah’s approach is rooted in a comprehensive understanding of the relevant legal principles, meticulous preparation of a case and a strategic mindset aimed at securing optimal outcomes for her clients, whether through negotiating settlements or representing clients in court.
