Position

Anna Zvereva is a counsel in Dentons’ Russian Tax and Customs practice. Her particular areas of focus are tax advice for industrial enterprises, trade organizations and companies specializing in intellectual property, as well as international groups (VAT, profit tax including tax accounting issues, payroll taxes, regional and local taxes and the application of double tax treaties). She handles projects involving the tax aspects of restructuring business in the Russian Federation; tax advising on all types of deals, including deals for sale and purchase of a business; tax due diligence; drafting proposals to amend tax laws; and advising on accounting in accordance with Russian accounting standards.
