Anthony is a partner at Dentons South Africa. He focuses on commercial law and regulatory compliance, particularly mergers and acquisitions and competition (antitrust) law in Africa.

Anthony has acted for clients in a wide range of sectors, including energy, aviation, construction, mining, retail, chemical, petroleum, property, telecommunications and financial services. He regularly advises on matters such as merger approvals, due diligence investigations, shareholder arrangements, investment structures, commercial contracts and most recently South Africa’s renewable energy programme. Anthony has a postgraduate diploma in competition law from the University of the Witwatersrand and a BComm (LLB) degree from Rhodes University.
