Genevieve is an associate in Dentons' Johannesburg office.

She is a practicing attorney and associate in the banking and finance department. Genevieve advises on the corporate and commercial aspects of banking and finance transactions, including drafting company constitutional documents and contracts, and advising on commercial structures and company law.

She specializes in mergers and acquisitions and company law. These core areas include a focus on drafting corporate and commercial documents and advising on corporate and commercial aspects of transactions, including group restructurings, due diligences and clients’ commercial transactions. She also specializes in providing advice and opinions regarding the application and interpretation of the provisions of the Companies Act, the Consumer Protection Act and the National Credit Act.
