Yara AlSaygh is an associate based in Dentons' Jeddah office.

She is a member of Dentons' corporate advisory team and has broad experience relevant to corporate and companies law and foreign investment practice, including incorporation of companies, reviewing constitutional documents, advising on corporate structuring and the participation in the Regional Headquarters (RHQ) program, and liaising with government officials on approvals and licensing requirements.

Yara has negotiated, drafted and reviewed policies, terms and conditions, agreements and contracts across diverse sectors and has assisted the team in legal opinions/advices in a wide range of areas, including corporate and commercial, anti-competitive practices, commercial agency, telecommunication and information technology, data protection, intellectual property, entertainment and labour laws.

Yara is fluent in Arabic and English.
