  • Advised on a £2.6m clinical negligence claim for a client who suffered irreversible catastrophic neurological injuries after the hospital failed to act on the client’s grossly abnormal test results.
  • Handled a £290,000 clinical negligence claim for a claimant who suffered from premature ovarian sufficiency and will require egg donation in the future in order to have children as a result of negligent damage to her ovaries during a laparoscopic bilateral ovarian cystectomy. The claim was settled at mediation for £290,000 enabling the client to undergo IVF treatment abroad.
  • Handled a £90,000 clinical negligence claim for a client who underwent negligent and unnecessary breast surgery as a result of which she has been left with severely disfigured breasts.
