Consultant in Construction Engineering and Projects.  Ken is a specialist dealing with contentious and non-contentious building and civil engineering matters.  He is familiar with all UK methods of procurement and standard forms of contract, and he has extensive experience in dispute avoidance and all forms of dispute resolution – including litigation, arbitration, adjudication, expert determination and mediation.  His clients include developers, contractors, specialist sub-contractors and construction professionals.

Ken is also experienced in regulatory work, which includes advising and attending PACE interviews, dealing with enforcement notices and defending enforcement proceedings and prosecutions under health and safety at work, and environmental legislation.

Ken is also a CIArb-accredited and highly regarded CMC-accredited mediator, experienced in conciliation techniques and procedures. He has co-authored a series of articles on adjudication for CIArbrb and other publications, including Building Magazine.
