Pablo is the Tax professor and co-director of a Business Law Program at a prestigious Law School in Madrid.

He also specializes in leasing and financing structures in asset finance deals, particularly within the aviation industry. He represents financers, developers, sponsors, investors and borrowers in infrastructure, telecoms and energy project financings both in Spain and in Latin America (Mexico, Colombia and Uruguay).

Javier has a broad experience in all types of M&A transactions, with a special focus on takeover bids, corporate restructurings, corporate governance, regulation of listed companies and ECM transactions, as IPOs or rights issues. A former Corporate and Commercial law professor, he has participated in different committees of experts appointed by the Spanish CNMV, in matters as the corporate regulation for the issuance of securities by listed companies or the activity of the proxy advisors in the Spanish market.

As State Attorney Fernando has been Deputy Director-General for Litigation Affairs (Solicitor General's Office-Directorate of the State Legal Service), Agent of the Kingdom of Spain before the European Court of Human Rights, and State Attorney before different Spanish Courts. He has been also Counsellor in the Spanish Permanent Representation before the European Union; and Seconded National Expert in the Legal Service of the European Banking Authority. Fernando has more than 25 years of experience acting before the Courts of all jurisdictions and instances. Fernando specialises in Commercial Litigation, Administrative Law, Data Protection and International Public Law.

In particular, he has taken an essential role in the development of the Entertainment and Sport practice in Spain, acting in all major sport-related transactions. He is a sports law, corporate law and M&A lecturer at ISDE.

Miguel Odriozola is the Head of the Clifford Chance Antitrust team in Spain. He is a member of the Bar Associations of both Madrid and New York. Since 2000 he has been based in Madrid but splits his time between Madrid and Brussels. Miguel is a frequent speaker at courses and seminars on EU and Spanish competition law. He has also authored several competition law publications and he is the editor and co-author of the first treatise on the Spanish competition Act and its Regulation. He advises Spanish and international companies on all aspects of Competition Law, both in relation to the Spanish and the EU context. He has extensive experience in matters regarding restrictive practices and merger control operations in the telecommunications, technology, aviation, consumer goods and energy sectors. Since 2019, Miguel has been a non-governmental advisor (NGA) to DGComp (European Commission) at the International Competition Network (ICN) Unilateral Conduct Working Group.

Iñigo Villoria leads the Insolvency & Restructuring team in Spain and has worked for both creditors and debtors in insolvency proceedings, in debt restructuring deals, and in agreements for the sale and purchase of assets of insolvent companies. He is a specialist in claw back actions and insolvency liability claims (including shadow directorship issues). He also advises on complex financial litigation, enforcement of guarantees and claims arising from the sale and purchase of portfolios. He is a lecturer in several Insolvency Law programmes (Instituto de Empresa, ICADE, Madrid Bar) and a regular contributor to specialist journals and the financial media on these matters.
