Gabriel Cabello specialises in strategic real estate transactions, including the investment and divestment of real estate assets and companies, sale and lease-back transactions, leasing agreements, and construction contracts.

He also regularly advises major international real estate funds on various issues such as non-performing loans (NPLs), and drafting and negotiation of servicing agreements for both types of assets.
