Jesús Quesada is a Partner of the Global Financial Markets (GFM) department. Jesús specialises in structured finance, securitisation and financing transactions (including syndicated loans, project finance, NPLs, real estate finance and restructurings).

With more than 17 years of experience, Jesús has worked on a significant number of innovative transactions in the banking and capital markets area. Jesús acts for a broad range of market participants, including banks, investment funds, institutional investors, sponsors and corporates.

Professor at several academic institutions including (i) Universidad Pontificia Comillas (Icade), where he is a professor at "Master in International and European Business Law" and "Máster Universitario en Acceso a la Abogacía"; (ii) Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles (IEB) where he is a professor at "Master in International Finance" and (iii) De Paul University.

He has also been a lecturer and a panellist in different forums and universities
