André Guskow Cardoso has been a qualified lawyer since 1999 and in 2016 he became a partner at Justen, Pereira, Oliveira & Talamini. Cardoso has extensive experience in Administrative Law, including government contracts, public procurement, PPPs, infrastructure projects, civil construction, M&A, regulated industries, anticorruption legislation and related arbitration and litigation, having published several papers on matters related to the subject. He was a Director of the Arbitration Chamber of the Federation of Industries of the State of Paraná – CAMFIEP from 2011 to 2017. Cardoso’s main publications include chapters written in the following books: Estatuto Jurídico das Empresas Estatais (2016), Processo e Administração Pública (2016), Brazil Infrastructure Law (2016), Direito Portuário Brasileiro (2015), Parcerias Público-Privadas (2015), Regime Diferenciado de Contratações Públicas – RDC (3rd ed. 2015), Arbitragem e Poder Público (2010).
