As of January 1, 2024, Oscar Bojorge has been promoted as partner in our firm Marván González Graf y González Larrazolo, S.C. Mr. Bojorge focuses on litigation and labor counseling. Luis Abraham Flores Archundia

Luis Flores is a Partner at Marván, González Graf y González Larrazolo, where he advises domestic and international clients on a broad range of labour and employment matters, including employment litigation, labour consulting, collective labour relations, workforce restructurings and M&A-related employment matters. With more than 15 years of experience, Luis has represented clients across a variety of industries, particularly in the banking and financial services, insurance, automotive and services sectors. Nelson Guerrero Robles

Nelson Guerrero Robles is partner at Marván, González Graf y González Larrazolo. Paulina Mendietta

Paulina Mendietta is a Partner at Marván, González Graf y González Larrazolo and Head of the firm's Labour & Employment consulting practice. She advises domestic and international clients on a broad range of employment law matters, with a particular focus on preventive labour advisory work, workplace compliance, labour audits, workplace investigations and employment risk mitigation strategies. She has extensive experience advising on restructurings, workforce reductions, employee transfers and the labour aspects of corporate transactions. Her practice focuses on helping clients prevent employment disputes through the implementation of robust workplace policies, HR training and compliance programmes.

José Genaro Pérez Velázquez

José Genaro Pérez Velázquez is a partner at Marván, González Graf y González Larrazolo. He has a law degree with 11 years of experience in labor law focused on the corporate sector. Since joining the firm he has worked closely with the partners, participating in a wide range of labor conflicts. Since the opening of the Guadalajara offices in 2014, he has been at the helm, coordinating the representation of thousands of labor lawsuits against several companies. Within his vast experience, he constantly works on advising and coordinating of the transfer of employees between companies, the representation and attention of individual lawsuits promoted by senior management employees, attention to collective labor lawsuits, attention to labor inspections conducted by labor authorities and obtaining successful resolutions in amparo mentions in the Federal Courts.
